Deb Baxter is the owner of The Hive Beauty and Wellness and brings more than 25 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. She specializes in treating TMJ dysfunction, as well as chronic head, neck, and shoulder pain.

Her work focuses on Medical Therapeutic Massage, incorporating neurofascial release techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function by addressing tension within the fascia and nervous system.

In 2013, Deb completed specialized training and certification in intra-oral massage through the state of Washington and has continued to focus extensively in this area ever since. In 2023, she completed a two-year certification program in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, further deepening her holistic and therapeutic approach to care.

Deb works with a calm, grounded presence, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can fully relax and reconnect with their bodies. Her approach allows the body to release deeply held soft tissue patterns where pain, tension, and dysfunction are often stored, supporting lasting relief and overall well-being.

 Leia is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in blonding services, curly haircuts, and skincare—but she truly loves every service she provides. Her greatest passion has always been helping people feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in their own skin.

Her goal is to create a welcoming experience where clients can relax, feel heard, and leave looking and feeling their very best. She believes everyone deserves to feel beautiful, vibrant, and confident, and she is honored to help accentuate the features that make each person uniquely themselves.

 Tasha is a licensed Esthetician with more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in a wide range of services, including lash extensions, threading, waxing, custom facials, microdermabrasion, and hair services for both men and women.

After spending years perfecting her skills as a lash artist, Tasha discovered that her true passion lies in results-driven esthetic treatments that help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. She is committed to using clean, high-quality skincare products and believes every treatment should be thoughtfully customized to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

Known for her calming presence and gentle touch, Tasha creates a welcoming environment where clients can fully relax, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed and confident.

Education is one of Tasha's core values. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Evergreen State College in Olympia and is dedicated to continuing her professional development through ongoing education, ensuring she stays current with the latest techniques, treatments, and advancements in the esthetics industry.

When she's not at the spa, Tasha enjoys cheering on the Portland Timbers, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their beloved fur baby.
