Treatment focuses on medically necessary soft-tissue manipulation techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular techniques to reduce pain, improve circulation, decrease inflammation, and restore range of motion. Services are performed as part of a therapeutic care plan addressing chronic pain, injury recovery, postural dysfunction, and stress-related muscular conditions.

TMJ Massage
TMJ-focused therapeutic massage targeting the muscles of mastication, including the masseter, temporalis, medial and lateral pterygoids, and associated cervical musculature. Treatment performed to reduce muscle hypertonicity, improve jaw mobility, decrease pain, and address functional limitations related to temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Techniques included myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and intra-/extra-oral muscle work as clinically indicated.

Intuitive massage is a personalized, holistic bodywork experience guided by the unique needs of your body in the moment. Rather than following a fixed routine, the therapist uses trained touch, observation, and intuition to identify areas of tension, imbalance, or energetic blockage and adjusts techniques accordingly.
This session may incorporate a blend of modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, gentle stretching, or calming nervous system techniques. The pressure and flow are fully customized to support both physical relief and emotional relaxation.
