THIS IS NOT A MASSAGE.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy to evaluate and improve the function of the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
The therapy uses light touch techniques to release restrictions in soft tissues, fascia, and joints, with the goal of improving nervous system function, reducing pain, and supporting the body's natural healing processes.
Craniosacral therapy may be used as a complementary treatment for conditions including chronic pain, headaches, migraines, neck and back pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, stress-related disorders, post-concussion symptoms, and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Treatment is non-invasive, performed with the patient fully clothed, and is typically incorporated into a broader therapeutic or rehabilitation plan when medically appropriate.
*Initial session is 90 min & includes a thorough discussion before and after session.

Manual therapy session focused on treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and related cranial restrictions. Techniques included intraoral and extraoral TMJ massage, myofascial release of muscles of mastication, and craniosacral therapy to address cranial bone mobility, dural tension, and nervous system regulation. Treatment aimed to reduce jaw pain, improve range of motion, decrease muscle tension, and support overall neuromusculoskeletal function.
